Felix Ejeckam, Ph.D., Co-Founder & CEO
Prior to co-founding Group4 in 2003, Felix spent ten years in the management consultancy and photonics industries where he co-founded and led a VC-backed company. He is an expert in photonics, and materials science. He earned degrees in electrical/computer engineering from Rice, a master's and doctorate in electrical engineering (photonics & materials science) from Cornell.

Daniel Francis, Ph.D., Co-Founder & Chief Technical Officer
Prior to joining Group4 in 2004, Dan spent ten years co-founding two VC-backed companies that were acquired in the photonics industries. He is an expert in photonics, and materials science. He earned an undergraduate degree in physics from Oberlin, a doctorate in applied physics (photonics) from Stanford, and a post-doctoral appointment at Berkeley.

Brendon Grunewald, Managing Director, E6 Ventures
Brendon is Head of E6 Ventures a Luxembourg based Corporate Venture Fund and CEO of IceVista an advisory firm which has successfully assisted numerous companies. Prior to that Brendon was CEO of Sinfilo a wireless company from prior to incorporation to exit 2003. Prior to that he held various executive positions at a number of companies including Siemens in Germany. Brendon has extensive experience in building international businesses and is a motivational leader capable of managing and negotiating in difficult situations. In addition, Brendon is founder & chairman of the Polar Conservation Organisation a non profit foundation. Brendon has served on the board of both public and private companies in both the US and EU. Brendon is currently a director of IceVista (Belgium), Instruxion (Belgium), Originate Labs (USA), Group4 Labs (USA) and Electrolytic Ozone Inc (USA). Brendon has previously been on the board of BAM Entertainment (USA), Lumitrend (USA) and Sinfilo (Belgium).
